Hi Taty, this is a really polished and professional training video. I think you did really well to introduce intonation as a subject and the issues learners may have with it. You used relevant academic resources to support your ideas and made suggestions as to why it is so important for students to learn to speak with natural intonation. I felt your activity was relevant and interesting evidence of which was shown by your engaged students in the filmed activity. You used your board work well to teach intonation and your whole video is clearly structured and is a useful resource for other teachers.

Hi, Taty.

Intonation is variation of spoken pitch that is used for a range of functions such as indicating the attitudes and emotions of the speaker, signaling the difference statements and questions, focusing attention on important  elements of the spoken message and also helping to regulate conversational interaction.

Your activity is really easy to follow and the students enjoyed it very much. My young learns like to do imitating activities as well. It helps them sound more like native speakers.

Moreover, I'm touched by those two senior citizens who are  also eager to learn English and active in your class!
