Very relevant choice of topic. Tonic syllables are, as you point out, very challenging for Chinese learners as this is a key difference between Chinese and English pronunciation. I like your use of the whiteboard in the presentation.
It’s an interesting concept asking students to look at the difference in stress and intonation depending on emotion. It would have been nice to have seen a clip from the class to have seen how the students’ pronunciation evolved over the activity. Do post this if you get an opportunity to film this again in the future.
