As a teacher, we should be generous with giving praise. We need to give positive feedback as much as negative feedback, even more.

Good video! I always give specific praise on linguistic aspect. I will keep in mind that we can also give praise on language learning behavior.

I think a LOT of our teachers will find something they can take away from this. It's so important to give praise in the right way, and you can definitely see the responses from OTHER students who think "I want some of that praise for myself". Positive encouragement is sooooo important.
