Shanghai apartment and online center location

Hello EF teachers,

I will be arriving in Shanghai with the June 2016 group and working at the online center. I will most likely be looking for a room to rent or roommates to share a place with. Let me know if any of you are renting a room or looking for a roommate. In addition, could anyone tell me the physical address of the online center? I would like to live within a reasonable distance and have yet to find the address through my research.

Leaving Shanghai (Need someone to take over my lease)

Well I'm leaving Shanghai for good and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The room is in a shared apartment in a new building. I was the first person to live in the room. If you take the the room you would be sharing with two other EF teachers both female. By the way the landlord would prefer another female to take over the room.
