Academic Editor

(Kids & Teens)

• 5 years’ TEFL experience with young learners
DipTESOL / DELTA/Masters in Education/TESOL/Applied Linguistics
CEFR C2 level of English (mastery)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, work independently and as part of a team, be flexible and work under pressure

• Liaising with and supporting other content team members.
• Contributing creative ideas and innovative content proposals.
• Ensuring that all lesson plans and materials meet their academic aims and  that all content matches our specified methodological and pedagogical standards and goals for each project
• Providing regular training and information sessions for both writers and the Product Development team



Center Education Manager


CertTESOL/DipTESOL (or equivalent) in TESOL, TEFL or Applied Linguistics
• 3 Years full time adult TEFL experience + • Senior Teacher experience
previous of management experience preferred
• Strong communication skills

• Managing education services in their center, including  managing the quality and quantity of education services provided through implementation of the performance management system.
CEMs are expected to work across departments, in collaboration with other managers and teams to ensure operational excellence in their centers.



Content Writer

(Kids & Teens)

• Four years’ ESL/EFL teaching experience
CEFR C2 level of English + exceptional standard of written English
• Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, work independently and as part of team
• Editing, content writing, and/or media production experience

• Content development and writing, creating new courses for students from 3 ‒ 18 years old.
• Creating novel and engaging content and proactively participating in the entire development process
• Studying and researching current TEFL best practice and regional language-learning needs.



International Teacher Recruiter 


Prior teaching experience with EF

Regional Trainer


• Prior management experience within EF (e.g. as a CEM, DoS, PM or REM)
• Trinity DipTESOL (or equivalent) EF
• Certificate Training of Trainers
• 3 Years full time TEFL experience

• Onboarding new teachers to instill confidence in new teachers, help teachers transition into a new country and set accurate expectations.
• Facilitating distance learning courses to promote staff retention and learning
• Managing teacher training within the region.

ESL Teacher

(Students ages 10-18)

One of the following qualifications:

• ESL or TEFL certified (Ma in TESOL preferred, TEFL Certification a minimum)
• Minimum 60 hours online TEFL with EF teaching experience.
• Minimum 60 hours online TEFL blended with a two day practical.
• Minimum 60 hours TEFL (not online).

• Teaching classes three to four days each week following the EF methodology.
• Classroom management.
• Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests and grading homework.
• Working and collaborating daily with your co-teacher, team of ESL teachers, and management team to discuss progress and ongoing lessons.
• Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork.
• Attending all teacher meetings and briefings
• Helping to organize and prepare for the student’s graduations.
• Ensuring the EF behavior code is followed by students at all times.
• Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.

(for American teachers)

Online ESL Teacher

• Native English speaker with either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field..
• TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification a plus, but also can be earned on the job. 
• Past experience in teaching, coaching or mentoring is preferred, but not required for application.
• Access to a personal computer, webcam, headset and stable Ethernet connection

• Managing online teaching services including Group Lessons, Private Lessons and Writing Corrections

• Adhering to company policies and maintaining class reports

• Consistently commit to working a minimum of 15 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability.
• Work independently after learning company policies/teaching approaches through self-paced, online trainings.

• Using excellent cultural awareness, communication and motivational skills, as well as a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and support
